  • Excellent work, i have the same book but never had the patience to continue after the octave part, wich is the main part, you do encourage me to continue thanks !

  • I know the feeling. Once I got past the octaves it started getting really complicated but I was using the solo for a college audition so I kind of had to learn it. Then once I got there I found out that I didn't have to play the whole thing lol. Oh well, it was still a good thing to learn

  • smooth.... that a Gibson L-4? im thinking of getting one of these... or a Gretsch ...ar eyou happy with it? Great playing by the way

  • thanks, and yeah i'm very happy with it. it's pretty expensive but it's deffinately worth it. its easily one of the best jazz guitars i've ever played

  • nice job man, did you do it all by ear?must've taken a while memorize it all though.i am also trying to figure out the solo, quite a challenge.

  • i did it with a wes montgomery solo book. it took about 2 weeks to get the whole thing down. thanks alot for your kind words, if you want to get the book its called wes montgomery guitar folio improvisations and interpretations
