During the Edinburgh Fringe 2011 Whisky Comedian Alan Anderson performed his debut solo show Whisky Fir Dummies at The Tron. During the show he asked his audience to describe the six single malt malt whiskies they were tasting.
"The tasting is more fun, when he asks the six tasters to describe the sensations in inventive ways" The Scotsman
"a very funny and genuinely informative show." Three Weeks
At the end of each show Alan liked to find out how much the audience had learned about Scotch whisky. Could they tell the difference between a blended whisky and a single malt?
