Wow, i wish all cops would do this kind of thing instead of fines, wheel-clamps and stuff, all around the world!!!! The world would be a much better place (filled with laughter)!!!! Wouldn't mind if they used spanking with paddle on butt or tighs (with legs folded), a swish to footsoles or handpalms, a flogger to body and all other body-parts. The amount of strokes depending on the severity of the offense and all to a degree that someone might sustain some bruces but nothing serieus!!!
