The song "Happy Birthday" played on the standard 45-jet concert hydraulophone, first verse played as usual, second verse improvised for a more thoughtful/introspective sense of the passage of yet another year. (Second verse is an introspective variation, beginning in harmonic minor, then moving to natural minor, and ending in harmonic minor.)

  • I wonder. Could I be able to play my flute under water in harmonic minor?

  • Regular flutes won't work underwater.

The hydraulophone is a special kind of flute that works best underwater (or filled with water when it's played above water).

A waterflute tends to have a deeper heavier sound than an air flute.
