Most all organized religions use fear and control and to keep a hold on their followers. I had a Mormon Missionary once tell me that if I didn't join their church that I would go to hell.

her comment on mormons ...I am not so sure how true this is ......on the outside looking in it may seem that way to others....but when you are a mormon there is a price to pay,,,..mormons is a shamed based religion.....get involved with them ..and you will soon find this out.....I dont thinking using mormons is a good example... you have to go deeper....into the religion and understand why they do this.....its control..
