Lean back and remember the time when Deutsche Tourenwagen Meisterschaft was the top touring car championschip series on planet. This is part two of my DTM Tribute.

  • DTM today sucks.

Only 2 manufacturers and cars that are virtually identical to each other and have nothing in common with touring cars.

    It's basically a high-tec version of NASCAR.

  • Love the old DTM...Large variety of cars, loud sounds, sparks flying everywhere...good times....

  • @Jdmbeast95 well, you're getting a round of the V8supercars in Texas next year! Get onto it! :)

  • @Jdmbeast95 The Grand Am is Grand Tourers and Sports Prototype, it's still MUCH better than NASCAR, but not close to WEC and likes. By the way, NASCAR owns Grand-Am, conspiracionists may claim NASCAR hinders Grand-Am on purpose.

USA have the Continental Series, it should get more attention

  • @8188ify explain to Juan Pablo Montoya that there are only americans in NASCAR. or maybe Mathias Ekstrom(the DTM DRIVER), or Max Papis, or Marcos Ambrose, Nelson Piquet Jr., Jacques Vileneuve, or Miguel Paludo. see where i'm going here?

  • @Dogman36 Only american racers in NASCAR... This is protecionism....

  • @8188ify they also have 5 or 6 road courses they race on. they are all clockwise tracks. only the ovals are anticlockwise. common misconception it's cool.

  • @Dogman36 NASCAR only racing in ovals.... DTM is a big series of touring car....

  • This video in combination with this song boosts my adrenaline to the maximum! O.O

  • These men had balls of steel and nerves of titanium. Being a pit-engineer at that time had to suck because of all the mangled undersides:D Seeing rain of sparks from tarmac-grinding in today's DTM is as rare as seeing an elephant jump...sadly!

  • the alfas were great

  • @Molo9000 that's ironic because NASCAR was better with just 3 manufacturers. also back when each manufacturer put out a different engine. none of this NASCAR spec block crap we got today. thanks, Toyota.
