Speed test over brow of hill at 55mph, to see if there is loss of control of vehicle- Answer no???????????? What speed was he doing for the car to end up where it was found?????????http://sites.google.com/site/glyncoedgirls/
@CharlieePaigee dont get me wrong im sorry for your loss but my kids are 14 and 15 and they have never been driven by anyone else other then me or they,r mother let a lone another child.i simply would never let it happen its asking for trouble .period.kids show off its sort of they,r job its up to adults to prevent that from ending badly my opinion stands and is proven correct by incidents like this , go look at some statistics .
@lyndon2472 Grow a pair. There not wrong parents id appreciated you NOT calling my auntie&uncle over thanks. Its the dick that was driving! maybe if he wasn't trying to show of they'd still be here now! so stop being so disrespectful and blame HIM not the families.
If you have more weight in the back of the car than the front the car will pull on the back wheels more and you lose control on a bend at speed. If the young driver had
paid a bit more attention in his physics classes he might have realized this.
have any of you ever considered that the families and friends of the girls actually read your comments...It is very inconsiderate of you to give them any less of the respect they deserve!
Its very sad what happened to the girls. However, nobody actually forced ALL 4 of them in the car.
I lost someone close to me in a simular accident, and the driver was only doing 35mph.
You can drive the same stretch of road a million times, but the driver, the weather, the whole atmosphere and THAT night are always going to be different!
It wasn't just one person's fault that night, it was 5.
I guess its always easier to blame the people who survive, rather than the ones who didn't.
There was NO ice and road was in good state of repair, just a young immature driver showing off and over loading his car (4 girls in the back and only 3 seatbelts, they are just as immature for going with an idiot like that)
I've been over that road many-a times in all sorts of conditions and speed.
At the place where that crash was he must have done 70 minimum to lose control there as I can't understand how else it would happen (and I don't recall any black ice on the roads during the time of the crash)

@Ktkat6 Yes true, but as the responsible driver he should not have allowed four passengers in the back. It's his car, his responsibility.
