  • @kaweenaxd I hate to break it to you but pin point fat loss is a myth the only way you can lose fat in these areas is if you bring down your overall body fat. These exercises will burn calories, tone and build your muscle (depending how heavy you lift, reps etc) but not cause you to lose fat in those specific areas. Best way to do it is keep it simple and lose weight by burning more calories than you consume. Good luck with your fitness goals.
