  • @TheStaticInc yeah i fucken tryed plugging mine into an outlet like 10 mins after i dropped it in water then tryed turning it on repeatedly for like 2 hours it just kept saying to plug it in to a charger and when i would id get the red battery sign but it wouldnt turn on i put it in rice like 30 mins after dropping it in water but i never took the sim card out because i dont have the key to the sim card port so i hope the rice method will still work

  • You're an idiot. Rice and blow drying it is completely okay, and in fact is probably much better than just letting it air dry, with the chance of water actually seeping down more inside the phone...You failed hard.

    I did the rice method: where u put it in a bag of rice and seal it for 24 hours.
