Just watched this vid, we're on our way to our local academy store to swap out our 2 week old 635 pump... These things are a serious joke... The pool itself is fine... The pump is a piece of shit... I'd love to know where they got the 1500 gpm figure from too... There's no way this thing pumps that much...

your pamp's impeller have a problem. there is a long rod about 3 to 4 inch long in side of impeller which control the impeller to work in the center of hole where impeller runs. you should open it and replace with same thickness and length of steel rod and it will work just great...

You might consider replacing it with a new one.

SAME HERE THE PUMPS ARE NOT CAPABLE OF FILTERING A LARGE AMOUNT OF WATER.I HAD TO UP GRADE TO A HUGE PUMP AND FILTER $800.00 LATER POOL GETS CLEANED VERY FAST 18'BY 48" APPROX 15.MIN...........

@chadwick828 hey man i bought a intex pool and in my oppion it was UNDER filtered the pool was almost 6000 gallons and the pump does 1500gph it was model 635 pump ,,, no wonder kids get eye and ear infections ,, this is a serious health risk ,,, now im using the pump for a aqurium
