ALICE Pack Modification: Adding a Paracord Handle

Just a quick and easy way to add a carry handle to your ALICE pack. I decided against attaching it to the frame for several reasons. The handle is not designed for lugging the pack around for a long time, but rather for moving the pack a short distance (like into the vehicle or around camp). I might re-evaluate this after use, but I think the straps will hold up fine. At the end of the video are illustrations for making the cobra weave.

That's a really good idea Will. I've also wanted a better way to pick up my pack so I can just move it rather than having to manhandle it....LOL. Thanks.....now I've got something else to add it to my to-do list......LOL. Take Care my friend :-))

Awesome mod Will! I wouldn't have thought of that... looks MUCH more comfortable (and cool) to carry than the single strand of paracord. Well done tutorial as well Brother!
