put the chest clip at armpit level and buy a britax regent and keep him harnessed to 80 pounds you are a great parent because you use britax 10 out of 10 great just great job

It appears this car seat is outgrown by height. The harness straps need to be above his shoulders. In the event of an accident, he could suffer spinal compression.
