  • Trust me we had tons of bug spray and we all used it! The point of filming her was that you always have to be vigilant. This spot is in a park in the middle of L.A. There are other spots filmed on this day that show the city in the background.

I have Lyme but I will never give up my love of the outdoors.

  • This brought me to tears, Candice. Thank you so much for being such a loving and supportive friend to Teri. This means more to her (and our entire family) than you'll ever know. :)

  • My dad got lyme disease a few years back on a trip to TN but luckily he didn't have any serious implications. It took awhile, but he got back to normal. God bless the people that have serious problems from Lyme, like Candice's friend Teri. :(

  • Candice is a great actress

  • Happy Birthday Candice! Thanks for all you are doing for Lyme awareness:) Wishing you all the best.

  • :(

  • This made me teary. She's so caring.

  • Sorry I know how it is. Be careful of the pesticides, esp the spray ones they are recently implicated in Parkinson's and Parkinson's Dementia. Back east they are working on installing "4-posters" with the EPA approved pesticide in rollers - rolls it on the deer as they munch on corn and keeps it out of the ground and water supply this way. 90% kill of ticks within 2 years. Would make a heck of a public service grant project! Hope you recover fully Candice - it is possible luv

  • my aunt has lyme disease, and this really touched me...it's something that's overlooked and it needs to be addressed thank you Candice!

  • @phook85 before
