Both work really well. It's always good to vary your workouts so your body doesnt get used to one way of training.

thanks! Actually, i didnt wipe it. I supposed I got used to not cleaning my pole often as on stage, you cant really stop and clean your pole. lol. thanks for watching and congrats on your little one :)

I have some basic stretching but not really for flexibility, more just to prevent injury. I have been asked to post a vid with flexibility stretching and will try and get to that next week.
