Its official! Ive been poling for a year :)
Took my first class at The Bodytalks in July 2006 and bought my X-Pole 5 months later(Xmas present to myself).
I practice 1 1/2 hours a day,at least 3 times a week.I try to do at least 2 new tricks every 6 weeks(Slow learner plus I'm busy travelling for work).
With all that exercise so far Ive lost 9 kg and 2 dress size.Haha..
A big thank you to all at The Bodytalks Studio and of course to the lovely pole dancing ladies(and guys) on YouTube whose videos have been a source of inspiration and help to me.
