In a 5 to 4 ruling, the Supreme Court concluded that Americans have the right to own guns for self-defense and hunting, including handguns. Wyatt Andrews reports on the controversial decision.

They seem to miss the point. The second amendment has absolutely nothing to do with self defense or hunting. Owning a gun to protect yourself and feed your family was so obvious to the founding fathers that they felt no need to mention it.

After all, what kind of crazy world would we live in if people wanted to leave you defensless in the face of criminal attack? That could never happen!

The REAL purpose of the second amendment is to give the people the means to overthrow the government.

4 of the Supreme Court justices have committed treason in my opinion. They should be impeached and removed from the court.

I can understand the 4 SCJ saying the cities county and states have a right to keep felons from having a gun because they lost certain right when convicted and mentally dangerous person if a court judge that person to so.

I't's disturbing too think that 4 out of the 9 Justices think that the constitution does not clearly say Americans have the right to keep and bear arms. Are they illiterate or stupid. I mean it's pretty obvious what it says. All 9 Justices should have voted in favor of it. If they can't all agree on such an obvious amendment, then they have no business being a member of our Nations highest court. Just sayen...
