I know it's for dramatic effect, but she wouldn't really be able to move her hands. The brain's spinal cord got sliced right through, no nerve impulses would have been able to travel down. And it would take more than just a little swing from a big blade to take someone's head that clean off. Am i right? Correct me if i'm wrong.
