Just a little goofing off in the snow. The trails are pretty basic but we managed to find a hill or two to play on. For us, here in southern NC, this much snow is rare, so the family jumped on the 6x6 ATVs and quads and headed out for a little fun. This video was shot two different days. One day in December and a few weeks later in January.

I left the music out of this one simply because my wife's continuous commentary is somewhat amusing. See if you can count how many times she says "Oh my gosh" :)

Towards the end of the video, you will see a recovery of my blue Max II. This is the same hill that we were playing on in the beginning of the video only a few weeks later. Instead of a hill, there was now a large 90 degree drop off at the bottom that was hidden very well by the snow. I almost went over but managed to save it. It took two winches hooked to another 6x6 and two quads to eventually work the 6x6 back up the hill.

  • @jarreau2001 buscoe beach

  • @6x6World how much cost it?

  • Nice video, I too have a Maxx II with an 18 hp. I noticed in the video that your tires were cleats reversed. while this is great in water and the only way to propel forward, you really need to turn them cleat forward for snow and mud. otherwise all you do is gather loose mud/snow/rock to the center of the tire. I know it's a pain swapping them from side to side, but so worth it on the performance out of the water. Weigh the uses and adjust. if your in water more than 50% of the time, leave them

  • Thanks for sharing. I've been having the same type of fun but with a John Deere Gator on a dry environment. Five stars!!!

  • fun video

  • Where exactly in Southern NC is this?

  • Hi guys looks like fun, But I learn`t from dear experience when you run through water in the fall snows with a quad you don`t think of it but the brake drum freezes up & can brake the axle if you try to use power to break loose ,Undo the drain plug before going inside for the night cost me 300 KA CHINGS have fun.

  • Nice! Thanks for a great vid!
