No hes not. I let him have his head. I like the free runners instead on the ones that you have to set up and with a tie down I have a feeling that you would have to set him hard and I dont want him to start doing that.
Nice to see an Appaloosa turn so well. I have an Appy mare with very similar conformation...kinda short. I wish she turned that well. Don't you think you could benefit using a line (don't know the name in english) to hold the horse's head down?
Yes, that's it. But I'm no expert. In the first barrel he allways seems to be pushing against the bit.
