i would like to know is it really hard to fly a cirrus ? and also.....is the cockpit automation very similar to large airliner type cockpit automation ? If yes, how similar ? Thanks.

Hi sgboy.
Flying a Cirrus is not hard at all. When compared to C172 the only difference is that everything happens a bit faster. And the Perspective avionic combines with the digital autopilot does give you a great situational awareness and control. In fact it makes flying IFR much more easy then in a traditional six pack with analog VOR receivers. From my understanding Cirrus Perspective is even more advanced then most airliner cockpits.
