Sorry if I sound confused or anything lol, it's my first video of my a recipe so hope everyone understands what i'm talking about lol. I was a little nervous, but just incase you didn't understand what to use, here's the list:

3 Big Ice Cubes
1 spoon (1 tbsp) low fat or no fat yogurt
1/2 cup whey chocolate protein
1 cup cold coffee
1 cup skim milk

To give it a little bit of flavor, I added 1 tsp of nesquik syrup right after I poured the smoothie in my mug.
According to weight watchers, I would assume that for one serving it would be about 3 - 4 points :)

  • It's really funny, I actually just watched that video that you got this idea from! It sounds soo awesome, and I love blended coffee drinks, I sadly do not have a blender, but I really want one now!! Thanks for showing this!
