Vintage Christmas Ornaments

The sunlight really shows off the beautiful details of the ornaments and the aluminum ree. Here it is spinning next to a window sending sparkles of light throughout the room like a daytime disco ball. The song you hear is called "Desert In Bloom" from my Cd Headin'South. I'm a songwriter with several Christmas songs on YouTube. While this was not really a Christmas song the length was right for the video. In California where I live, the winter rains prompt colorful wildflowers to cover the otherwise brown hillsides. http://www.bradstubbs.com

I found one of those trees in my basement when I was about 12 years old. It wasnt in very good condition, it could barely even stand on its own. But I decorated it with my grandfathers decorations and somehow it looked beautiful. It was missing a lot of branches, it wasnt straight, there was a lot of wire showing and i had to tie it down to keep it from falling over...but to this day its still my favourite tree...my charlie brown christmas tree lol :)

Anybody else remember those stupid X-mas tree lights that would ALL go out if one bulb burned out!? Those were so frustrating!!!

This brings back such good memories. We had one of those trees and just the close up look, I remember the warm feelings I had while watching Christmas specials and staring at the tree during commerical breaks :-)
