Kenny, I think my elbow is broken!!! :( I can't seem to find a flat spot on my elbow after searching for it for at least 1 minutes! Help!

Okay first of I want to say yes Kenny, you are amazing :D the other thing I want to say is do you have any tips on the forearm stall as performed by Kelvin Kalvus, I can see how he does it but I just can't work it out, tips would be very helpful, thank you

Is there a store that carries these or do you have to get them online? I'm in Canada, which means that sometimes availability may be different than say the States.

@vernonclassic get your three's really solid and then practice the pyramid with a tiny ball on top, scale up to your performance size and beyond. Learn 3 reverse spin as your warm-up if you haven't already.

Kenny do you know any easier ways to devolop the cradle i have been using the cradle you use but it is hard for me please help me

@800ash900 just put a ball in whatever stall point or cradle you are developing and walk around with it there. Go do something, walk around your home, or building or a park, and just by holding there your body will turn it into a natural balance point. It isn't "hard" but it does take time.

@AmazingKennyT ......Thank you so much for your videos, everyone else might make jokes about this, but after 7 months of training to your videos and watching you perform, you have helped me quit a vicoden addiction that nearly took my life, gave me a new hobby..AND a new perfession,,,and most importantly a new respect for myself, your videos mean more than you think, From me and my family, thank you, and PLEASE keep posting instructional videos...you saved my life bro.
