@MikeWhiskyTango guns are too violent and the hat changes color to match the uniform. :) just kidding about the violence, they do use guns in the series, just not this episode.

Lady Ching in this episode was played by France Nuyen, who also played Elaan in the Star Trek episode "Elaan of Troyius."
