The rest of us in Winnipeg aren't close to ShinAkuma's level and we're also inexperienced against Sagat since people here are only now trying to take him seriously.

It juggles just like a ground LK.Tatsu so just about anything you could do after a ground you can do after an air tatsu. Just when the Air Tatsu is used as a cross up it is harder to connect with the SRK.
