@Nicktify1: Phelps didn't refuse to take a drug test...u see it's simple if u refuse to do stringent testing it's only natural for people to wonder why. Martinez did not move up 7 weight divisions after being KO'd and start walking thru punches from guys with much heavier punches than guys who KO'd him earlier. If u watched fight with Margarito u'll see that Martinez's defence has vastly improved since then and doesn't get hit as easily as he used to
