What good graphics rcard would you recoment for a game such as world of tanks? i have stock gfx card from my 2005 dell pc, and i run 3-9fps usually 4-5 fps. i have over 3gb of ram.

can you suggest me a graphic card ? my uses is just play Gta 4 and( gta 5 when launched ) my budget is just $70 and want to play above games at high settings . hear is my system info -4 Gb ram -intel dual core processor -intel motherboard -no graphic card -1024 x 768 is the resolution of my desktop i want the graphic card in my budget and to perform best even if it takes lot of electricity . and suggest a graphic card of at least 1gb as for longer use !
