@MayoFail Slow down the song in Sony Vegas (or whatever else) and record yourself mimicking the words in the song at the slowed speed, then place your video in the timeline & delete that video's audio track. Return the song to normal speed and speed up your video, then try matching your lips to the song on the timeline. You may need to adjust the speed of the video various times to get it right. :)

The same can be done with the slow-mo part just reversing everything you done before.

@leeshawbrown I'm gonna try it. How did you do it? Make your mouth movements half speed and keep your body movements normal, then double the sped in editing?

@MayoFail It's quite a smart and effective way to do a video, It's also quite easy. I just tried it out myself using an iPhone 4 & Sony Vegas, turned out pretty good :)
