My First 5th Gen Shiny: Shiny Shimama appears after less than 500 encounters

After deciding to stop SRing for a Shiny Victini several days ago, i decided to EV train a whole bunch of Pokemon instead, starting with Kibago.

So i started right away, did 4 HP and 133 attack on the first day, and then for like 3 days did nothing.

So after much procrastinating those past few days, i finally decided today, that i would finish the attack EV's.

I had nearly finished EV training in attack(just 15 EV's left), and bam Shiny Shimama rolls across the screen, and i see the new 5th gen sparkles for the first time.

I was spazzing out, as i didn't think i'd find a shiny so soon(had to be way under 500 encounters), let alone such a great Shiny Pokemon.

This was my first Gen V shiny as well :). I was so sad when it evolved because it's shiny sprite is purple.

my first pokemon i EVER caught shiny without cheats was a tangela in white lol pokedex fails coz shiny is green but pokedex says that it uses its BLUE vines coz its normally blueish

Cool...My 1st shiny on Black was a female Trubbish....I wasn't even searching for shinies because I bought it the day it came out and I hadn't passed the game yet, but when I saw that it was shiny my heart stopped for like 5 seconds....after that I wanted to catch another shiny, and like the day the 3DS came out and I bought it was the day I caught my 2nd shiny. A male Patat, exept that that time I was actually looking for a shiny. Even funnier I found it like 20 encounters later. Lucky me huh:3

Wow! My first shiny on Black was a Litwick, and the next day I found a shiny Scraggy! Still, well done on finding this one!

My first 5th gen shiny was Genesect, it was really weird i had a cheat on so i could find it(i didn't have a shiny cheat on) and then it just sparkles and its red so i threw my masterball
