  • So he padded his resume. He's an awesome host and, most importantly, HE PROVED HIMSELF IN THE KITCHEN! Everyone lies. Not saying that's not a bad thing (it is), but everyone deserves a second chance if they can prove themselves.

  • Really? Then why are they just about to start a New season of this show in a few days??

ummm he did more than just pad his resume. he scammed multiple people out of hundreds of thousands of dollars, he made elaborate promises he couln't keep... on top og that he comes across as a delusional egocentric narcissist.

  • best show on food network way to go robert

  • Wow! Look at you! This is an amazing channel! Also truly fun!! Let's stay in touch. Visit me sometimes!

  • According to Michael Symon himself, he was only a temporary replacement, and that Irvine was never fired, but asked to take a leave of absence. Guess FN realized that they had a good thing going, and that this wasn't some game show which had a prize at the end of the day. It's an entertainment show, and the veractiy of the host is secondary to his ability to provide great Tv entertainment, which he does in spades. The shows since Robert's return have been the best things on the FN.

  • Do you have any stinking idea how easy is to review one and check it? Foodnetwork's fault as well.

  • Dude they hired him back because the show was going in the toilet without him. DO you have any stinking idea how many people pad thier resume's?

  • Oh well, I didn't know about it, but you know different angles to see different situations, that network I assume and strongly believe would have their own judgement on how and why to start a new season with him. But to me, nothing changes, he is the same person.

    Regards!
