In the first part of this video we looked at the most common myths surrounding weight training women. In this part we'll look at the facts.

The most important one is that basically you can train just like a man and that there are only some smaller differences that have to be accounted for: the lower starting strength women usually have, the effect of chest training on the bust, how menstruation can influence fitness performance, back training and posture having influence on the bosom as well and, last but not least, that there is no need to avoid the weights section at gyms.
