She was one of my favorites when she sang at the Met Opera House in New York City years ago. Two Thumbs Up for this performance.

FAB-U-LOUS !! I have the Met Centennial Gala VHS, that this is from, but I hadn't watched it in awhile. Ms. Tomowa-Sintow is sensational, thanks for posting this.
BTW, I highly recommend that DVD if you can find it.

Gorgeous! What beautiful music Verdi wrote for sopranos. I heard her sing Fiordiligi once and she was spectacular. I don't know why she never became a major star in the US.
