one can tell how bodybuilding is absolutely ineffective in strongman.

8:45 did he rest it on his head? I tried that with a bar once and it didn't work out to well.

It was great to see how these guys warm up. Some of them are very athletic doing overhead squats with the oly bar.

best thing you can do is not to think about the lift too much , just go out there and do it !!!!
