Download the emulator: http://www.vbalink.info/download/vbalink180b0.zip
If you want to control one emulator without affecting the other, you must go to "Options - Emulator - "Pause when inactive window"

After i've linked the emulators and opened up the same rom only one of them loads my file and the other one starts from scratch, can you help?
