@NikeySunfire the anti static wrist strap is made of cloth. So it's safe to handle a power supply with the strap attached to your wrist.

There is only a danger if you are wearing a grounding strap and you open the PUS and touch one of the high voltage capacitors.
The CPU fan on this machine has 2 fans and they are quite loud. They do cool very well though so I put up w/ a little noise.

If you are grounded you may be seriously injured. A grounding strap could exacerbate the problem since you have a direct ground.
