  • @TheKruRosu vitor never needs to even take his foot off the floor,he was never a kicker and kicking is low percentage in mma unless you are really sharp with it.Boxing and grappling is all you ever need unless youve a background in kicking ,then exploit it.

  • my opinion vitor is a very strong fighter but need to improve is kick tecnique. he should rotate more his waist and put the hip inside or his bely outside, his leg should be fully extended.

i train muay thai for 20years and i went many times to thailand,i like mma and because of that i would like to see better kicking tecnique on the fighters. i dont mean to ofend just to help. FORÇA aí nos treinos

  • what is the name of this song ??

  • @JonasBroager1 Thanks for the info man. Sefo is awesome. Early, K1 Ray Sefo was always in beast mode. Great fighter. Has he retired? Is he doing any groundwork? Or solely helping as a trainer?

  • @7eventhSamurai : Yes, he trains at Extreme Couture

  • Holy crap, at 3:09 is that Ray Sefo holding the pads????

  • Good video bobby

  • @Djozilla listen ..... if Vitor would of fought Mark Coleman in 97 i can guarantee you that Vitor would of won the belt, why didnt they fight? well because Mark Coleman was fighting in a "Super fight", Vitor fought twice that night and won the tournament (making his USA debut i believe) , while Mark Coleman just won one fight that night for the Heavy Weight Championship belt, I believe that if Vitor would of fought that night he would of defeated Mark Coleman by TKO...anything else?

  • I know Vitor is the youngest UFC chamipon at only 19 years old... the thing is how quickly they ( the fans and commentators) forget about him and claim Jon Jones to be the youngest UFC champion....do you guys agree with me?

  • VITOR THE ULTIMATE FIGHT MACHINE :D :D
