Buck 65 is pretty much -nothing- like these groups. He A: doesn't even use elements of rock, and B: uses a lot of country and folk elements. His work is idiosyncratic, yes, but he's not Linkin Park.
I've always equated him to a rapping Tom Waits or Leonard Cohen. He's got very deliberate lyrics and a unique sound that mixes a lot of genres together. But he's definitely -not- rap-rock.

yeah, he mixes blues, country and rap, and by the way buck 65 is a solo act not a group
