@freekaya7777 There is no excuse for your kind of ignorance. You fool, he's in the Hall of Fame for a reason. I personally know 2 people who saw him play. There is enough written about him and enough testimony to back up Gibson's ranking in this vid. Open your mind and open your eyes and do some research. If your too lazy to pick up a book then visit various websites on the subject. Come on.

@MJVESSIO. Sorry on Pete Rose, 2 GG's over 25 year. His OB% is probably pretty good. Similar hitters like Boggs or Gwynn has a much career higher BAs. I don't think he ever had more than 100 RBIs, 20 SBs or 20 HRs in a season. Where did he usually bat 2nd?

Why is Pete Rose in the top 50? Career stats similar to Paul Molitor(although he was great players), Charlie longevity, mediocre fielder, 1GG?No power numbers for 3rd/1st/OF. Competitiveness a plus
