  • hey i tried doing wat u sed, but it still says that it cannot b restored there is an error.. wa can i do nw??

  • @10xjayx Send me a message, lets fix it via a remote session.

  • i jus brought this phone.. and by rebooting is there any risk of loosing the data on pc?? and i already have the latest version of itunes x

  • @10xjayx By rebooting, I meant restarting your computer (Start menu -> Shutdown/Restart). You won't lose any data. Once you reboot, try this - unplug your iPhone from your PC, turn the iPhone off by holding the power button (if you don't see anything, thats fine, if you see slide to power off, then power it off). Now hold the home button (the screen should be blank, display nothing) and plug the iPhone to your PC. The restore mode should kick in (the one with cable on the screen). Now restore.
