Japan and the Far East are filled with places of mystery. This "power spot" is located on the grounds of a Shinto (native religion of Japan) shrine near the summit of a holy mountain on the main Japanese island of Honshu. Shimomura-sensei shows us how it's done.

  • People do the same with ley lines in the West. The point where they cross is supposed to be the source of great power.

I have heard about them once or twice in the past, too. I've also heard that there are so-called "mystical power spots" located throughout Japan and there's a cult-like following that makes pilgrimages to these places. A spritual journey, as it were. To me, unfounded pseudo-science. This also reminds me of the "pyramid power" that was all the rage back in the 70s. If these things make you super-human even slightly, more power to ya!! ; P

  • @DmitryYanchuk I suspect that there are folks in every country who don't like foreigners. However, I have only rarely encountered this type of sentiment in the past. I've never had any trouble with any of the kid's parents. Thanks for watching! ~Kurt :-)
