This is a compilation of Meteor Garden (Taiwan), Hana Yori Dango (Japan), and Boys Over Flowers (Korea) scenes. The song is titled Ryuusei, by Tia. It's in the Naruto soundtrack. It's about shooting stars, which I felt is appropriate for this story.
I like all three versions equally. The Meteor Garden version was the funniest, the Hana Yori Dango version had the best actors, and the Boys Over Flowers version had the most attractive actors.

boys over flowers however have good actors too.

and the most attractive ones.
