@perfectioniz - Yes i know. The word "FAIL" comes to mind. (google iphone with stylus, and look at the size of it, and look at it attached to an iphone)

@rusuke53 no it doesnt the iphone has a multi-touch function but the nokia5800 doesnt have it

The other advantage of a resistive touch screen is that you don't often make accidental presses. If you brush your hand over the screen, or your finger hits the screen on a capacitive, it will recognise it as an intentional input. Resistive only recognises intentional presses. It also responds with small vibration feedback.
Nokia are rumoured to be featuring a capacitive TS with their "N8" handset. I hope this isn't a sign of things to come, cause i much prefer Resistive.

does it have an excellent touch screen sensitivity like iphone?

It doesn't have Excellent touch sensitivity using fingers, but very good.
Iphone uses a Capacitive Touch Screen which reacts 2 electrostatic field in ur finger, so is great 4 finger input. The 5800 uses a Resistive TS which reacts from pressure. This means u can use the TS with ur finger/s, & also a stlyus pen. The advantage of the Resistive TS is that u can b a lot more accurate/precise with a stylus than a finger, + no friction 4 scrolling. iPhone can't use a stylus. I prefer Resisitive TS.
