pomaks are native thracian people and those living in mountains have most preserved thracian blood. thracians are ancient turk people we know that by phrygian caps they wore and were allies of ancient troy. trakya is Türkya because ancient turks spoke in tamga and tr would be pronounced with turkish ü. same for etruscans and trchna/tarquin=trkna&tarq=Türk­. pomaks=thracian turkic people of ancient.

POMAKS: good people ,local people speak Bulgarian and are Muslims-Few Christians.

They were Christians during the Ottoman empire time a lot changed their religion.

The religion does not make them Turkish-Bulgarian Or Greek.

They speak Bulgarian Look Bulgarian and live in 3 countries GR. Tur. Bulg.

No one can give account about their blood line DNA . POMAKS are POMAKS nothing else they should keep their culture music and language.
