I read it took over 3 years to develope the MP hard unit ..and it took 6months only for the UAD version? I've heard other UAD stuff and its very very close but different to the hardware. Again i think its a case of new time..new technology..new works

I'm No Scientist, But This UAD Stuff Works Beautifully On Rap Productions, Specially the FATSO Analog Tape Simulator For Mixing and Fairchild 670 Compressors On  Drums. Took Me Awhile For The Appropriate Application, But It's Fucking Great.

The plug is good, but it's not quite up there with the HW, even at 96k.
