first half of a walk around my snowy neighborhood in Chicago on saturday 10 january 2009.

around 2:09, i accidentally took the camera out of focus which means i had to cut some of the walk out. immediately before i refocus, the camera briefly captures how much snow is really falling.

around 4:15, what the wind cut me off from saying was that because we reelected jimmy carter, we deserved the weather that came along with it (blizzards of 1977, 78 & 79).

  • @Andrew1224gd

february's storm, i had never seen such windy snowfall. i had to crawl on sheridan rd to get home because wind was so strong. i hope we get another blizzard or two. could stand a few days off from work.

  • i cant tell if thats a beaten up man or what talkin

  • @Dnni9293

actually that's me on 3rd day of a cold.

what i can't tell is why you waste your time watching/commenting on vids you don't like.

i propose a trade: you teach me speech/video production. i'll teach you time management.

  • ouu you are very ugly guy....

  • @koki273 oh wow. someone on the other side of the planet deigns to enlighten me as to how ugly i am. well, dickwad, you may look better than Putin did on his fishing trip, but we'll never know without a picture in your profile; will we? and judging by your comment, your heart/mind/spirit are uglier than Michell Obama. also, for the record, your english sucks.

  • @spliffgame I live in Chicago and hear this from New Yorkers all of the time. Actually, I have NEVER heard this from anyone other than New Yorkers! I walk around downtown every single day and no one ever says "Morning". Maybe we are slightly a step up from New York on the friendliness level... but compared to the rest of the country, we really aren't that friendly.

  • Chi Town love 4 ever, my home and most likely always will be but this snow is gettin to be hell on my car

  • love it!

  • @spliffgame its becuz the tourist make like that but new york iz a great city too!

  • @Numantino312 easy there! leave michell obama out of this!

  • Chicago seems like it's one of the biggest cities with the friendliest people. I'm from the NY area and just walking down a street in NY usually no one will look at you and be like "morning". And if you look confused as to where you should be going usually no one is going to be like "next door" they'll just look and keep walking. Chicagoans seem very down to earth.
