MY all time favorite instrumental song by Phil Keaggy.. The original release has a very sad solo guitar at the end that fades.. This always made me very emotional. There is a wonderful story that Phil tells, of how this was recorded and what he was going through in his life.. The 30th Anniversary two CD Edition came out a couple of years ago, and low and behold, that solo had actually gone on much longer and was no longer edited out! Here is a live version of Phil and his band on the first night of the Master and Musician 30th Anniversary tour from Cincinnati, Ohio.. With a wonderful ending solo..
There is a wonderful DVD available of the entire show from a different night, and it is available at his website www.philkeaggy.com -- also the 2 CD set that is loaded with extras!
It would truly be a dream jam to get to play
with this guitar hero ... amazing man

During some very sad times in my life, I would listen to Phil Keaggy, even this song. And I always felt the deep of God calling to me hidden deep within myself..

A maestro! Kinda reminds me of Steve Howe.
