All I did was add subtitles (sorry for the words overlapping but meh) I'm surprised it hasn't been subbed already, this song is like from 2 years ago, not sure when the translation was made though.

This song is a parody on a very old Japanese song titled "Otoko to Onna no Rabu Geemu" ("A Man and a Woman's Love Game").
A play on words between "3 times 3" (sazan) and the music group "Southern All Stars" (Sazan Ooru Sutaazu.)
Also pun; "2 times 3" (nisan) sounds a lot like "older brother" (niisan).
Yet another pun: "1 times 5" (ingo) sounds similar to "apple" (ringo).

@VKFan42 I dunno how popular it is comparatively, I haven't listened to any singers sing any Yuki or Kiyoteru songs. But I'm sure with the right editing software you could make a karaoke track or something. Or maybe if someone asked the original composer to post the off-vocal if he/she still has it.
