In this video you will learn:

1. How to really protect yourself from EMF

2. How to maximize your sleep set up so that you can get the best rest possible

I'm really excited to share this video with you today.

I'm excited because the more I research EMF, the more I realize how important it is that we learn to protect ourselves against it as best we can.

So, in this video I used my handy multimeter to test exactly how much EMF I'm getting blasted with in various locations in my place.

First, I start off at the computer and with my iPad to see exactly just how bad it is.

Secondly, I measured what was going on with my sleeping set up.

Lately, I've experimented with moving my bed away from the walls and unplugging all electrical devices in the room.

And, I'm glad I did because this simple change caused about a 50% decrease in the amount of EMF I was being blasted with.

I'm sure you know how important sleep is for over all health and vitality. Well, this EMF can massively alter and distort our production of key hormones like melatonin, which throws off our sleep, which throws off our level of health.

  • thanks for this great video

Is it possible that the springs would act like some sort of Faraday Cage?

That would explain why you get higher readings without

  • @thadarkflame im not sure what a faraday cage is...

  • Half a volt what, DC or AC setting?

A multimeter is not designed to measure RF and microwave frequencies.

  • Thanks

  • @herbgardner00 Does the grounding pad need to be touching bare skin for it to be effective? Can it be placed under your sheet (to ensure it doesnt get kick off the bed)? Or does it need to be touching skin?

  • Good vid. Brought up a few things I hadn't thought of. Thanks.

  • @mdr226 Remove the tires, and the rubber coating on the gas and brakepedals, and drive on the rims. ;p

Heh. Seriously, I think any modification to a car that would allow a person to be grounded WHILE driving would not be street-legal.

Moral of the story is: stay out of the car. Being ungrounded while in an automobile is not the only reason you should avoid it anyway. There's lots of PFCs and other nasty stuff that you also don't want exposure to.

  • how do u protect yourself in a car? you should do a video....this one was great thanks

  • what if theres a lightning strike on the ground outside? will you get electrocuted?

  • @BenDoverPls so what do you do?

  • can you explain exactly how you used that meter...what settings you used....etc. I would like to do that testing as well. thx you very much.

  • Does a cup of salt under the bed protect you from EMF waves? For example, himalayan sat lamps are known to protect from EMF waves, but i'm not sure if they do it all the time.
