How low USA has sunk to ALLOW a thieving jew homosexual deviant to hold political office! I called up the Schnitt show and told him I was against all "hate crime laws," he thought because I was black I'd be for and also thought I'd thing Rand Paul was wrong for saying CRA shouldn't be!
They're giving me more freedom at the expense of white ppl who never owned slaves.
I just hope whenever "we" alter or abolish this current form of govt, may we get rid of all unconstitutional legislation and just treat crime as CRIME!

No is stating that ALL murdered gays equals hate crime. You are applying an abstract idea (incorrectly) instead of applying it to real world situations; that is the only way to see if the bill is indeed legitimate.

technically, it does protect heterosexuals as well. the bill covers sexual orientation, which could just as easily mean straight or gay.
we just don't typically have a bunch of gay people violently attacking straight people. the reverse, however is much more prevelent.
and it's not to prosecute people for thought crime; it's to help prosecute certain actions. case in point, the current hate crimes bill includes race and gender and people are still allowed to be as racist and sexist as they want
