Spot in the meantime, is playing hide & seek in his wooden retreat.

I believe it is. I see more of them in the Netherlands, but those might all be siblings :-)

It's an albine that has regained some of the pigment. I think it's beautiful too :-)

Oh dat cute! Wees voorzichtig met de Axolotl, omdat zij niet kunnen worden met andere vissen in de bak. =)

Zoooo lief! Mijn dochter is gek op deze beestjes. Bij ons op de hoek een aquariumwinkel, die heeft er twee zitten, ze wil iedere week gaan kijken. (we beginnen makkelijk, ze heeft nu 4 vissen voor haar 4e verjaardag gekregen) Leeft Frenzy nog?

That color morph is very common, in fact that color came from the lab and mass produced. And the greyish part of the abdomen is it''s organs. Like fish fry, their organs can be seen because of the thin skin. But as that grows it will fade. =)

Ik had een vraagje, heb jij weleens te maken gehad met zieke axolotl's?? Één van mn axolotl's heeft namelijk die kleine draadjes die op die dingen om z'n hoofd zitten er bijna allemaal af.. en hij wordt wit, en heeft wat bloed-achte vlekjes erbij. hij heeft nu ook al 4 dagen niks meer gegeten. Hij wil niets eten.. Met mn andere axolotl die ook in die bak zit is niks aan de hand. Ook mn andere axolotl in een losse bak is niks mis mee.
